We do not guarantee:

• Third-party copyright outcomes

Client assumes responsibility for usage and compliance.

5. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Implementation of tools
• Compliance with federal and Texas law
• Ethical use of materials
• Protecting account credentials

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, The Digital Dad shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Platform suspensions

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

All digital products are non-refundable.

Custom services (AI photos, bots, funnels) are non-refundable once work has begun.
