1. Digital Products

All products offered by The Digital Dad are delivered digitally, including but not limited to:

• AI-generated photo assets
• Prebuilt AI bots and assistants
• Custom GPT configurations
• AI-powered funnels and automation systems
• Courses, templates, and digital resources

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued once access to the digital product has been granted.

2. Custom Services

Custom services provided by The Digital Dad include, but are not limited to:

• AI system builds
• custom GPT assistants
• automation workflows
• funnel design and implementation
• AI photo generation
• strategy consultations

Because these services involve allocated time, expertise, and project resources, payments for custom services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Payment secures project scheduling and resource commitment.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Verified duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund at our sole discretion.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased product or service, please contact us for support.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues in a timely manner.

Technical difficulties alone do not automatically qualify for a refund.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in:

• immediate revocation of product access
• termination of services
• restriction from future purchases

We strongly encourage customers to contact support first so issues can be resolved quickly.

6. Discretionary Refunds

In rare cases, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Approval of refunds outside the terms outlined in this policy is not guaranteed.
