This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Digital Products

All products sold by The Digital Dad are digital in nature, including but not limited to:

• AI Twin Photos
• Prebuilt AI Bots
• Custom GPT Bots
• Done-For-You Funnels
• Courses and digital downloads
• Templates and systems

Due to the immediate and irreversible access to digital content, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for digital products once access has been granted.

2. Custom Work

Custom services, including but not limited to:

• Custom AI photo creation
• Custom bot development
• Funnel builds
• Strategy sessions

are non-refundable once work has begun.

Because custom work involves time, intellectual effort, and creative execution, payment secures project placement and resource allocation.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Verified duplicate purchases may be refunded at our sole discretion.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a purchased product, please contact us for support.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues.

Technical difficulties do not automatically qualify for refunds.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

• Permanent removal of access to products
• Restriction from future purchases

We encourage customers to contact support to resolve issues before disputing charges.

6. Discretionary Refunds

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Approval of any refund outside these terms is not guaranteed.
